Abu Dhabi Capital Partners with XKool Technology to Establish Major Joint Venture Platform in the UAE

In a significant development for the region's building and technology sectors, Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), one of the Middle East and North Africa's most influential investment institutions, through its representative entity Capital Investment LLC, has formally signed an agreement with XLOOK Holding, XKool Technology Middle East, a global leader in architectural AI, to establish a strategic joint venture platform—ADCX Holdings.

The new joint venture aims to seamlessly integrate ADCG's expansive strategic investment vision with XKool Technology's proven expertise in building technology and future human habitats. It will focus on high-potential verticals such as AI-driven digitalization, green sustainable development, future living environments, and smart city construction, collectively driving the digital transformation and upgrade of the construction industry in the UAE and the broader Middle East.

The signing ceremony took place on July 24 in Abu Dhabi, with the agreement co- signed by His Excellency Abubaker Al Khoori, Group CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, and Dr. Wanyu He, Executive Chairman of XLOOK Group. The event brought together senior executives from both sides.

In his address, His Excellency Abubaker Al Khoori stated: "The formation of this joint venture is a crucial step toward the future of architecture and urban infrastructure. We are dedicated to creating innovative and resilient business models that support the long-term advancement of the UAE's construction industry. Collaborating with XLOOK allows us to incorporate global best practices and accelerate the digital transformation of the regional sector."

ADCX Holdings will be chaired by His Excellency Abubaker Al Khoori, with Dr. Wanyu He serving as Chief Executive Officer. The board includes His Excellency Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Engr. Suwaidan Al Dhaheri, and Mr. Shukry Jinping Xie, ensuring strong leadership to drive the platform’s ambitious goals.
